Class descriptions of
It's Yoga:
level 1/Modified Primary:
A modification of the primary series including both
standing and seated postures. This class introduces the students to breathing and movement techniques. All students go at their own level.(40 postures)
level 2/Mixed Levels: All levels
participate in one class, featuring traditional poses and
variations from the primary, intermediate, and advanced series of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. This is a higher paced class that begins to introduce the students to the pace of the Rocket Series. Great Intermediate class.
level 3/Full Primary Series: The
first series of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga as traditionally taught. This is a vigorous class that aims to bring the body in to a very particular sequence of postures. Know as one of the stronger styles of yoga. This class can be taken by beginners to advanced.

Rocket II : An intermediate/advanced
series including variations of poses from the first, second,
and third series of the Ashtanga yoga system. This class is full of upper body strengthening with inversions and tons of back bending and spinal twists to invigorate and awaken the nervous system. This class is accessible to intermediate/advanced and people who want a challenge in their practice
Rocket III : Also known as Happy Hour. This is where the yogi begins their weekend. This class is a fusion of Rocket I and II, which brings together all the postures of the It's Yoga system. High energy class that leave the body charged with shakti. Rotating live music from local bands and DJ's are also part of the class.
Mysore: This is the classical style of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga as taught by Siri K. Pattabhi Jois of Mysore, India. This is a self- lead class without vocal guidance in the class except for direct teaching from teacher to student. Each student works at his or her own pace and progresses through the series on posture at a time. Focus is on traditional vinyasa counts.
Mantra Meditation: Learn small mantras that can be used to promote health and abundance in your lives. There are sheets and explanation of the sanskrit language.
Pilates/Yoga Fussion: This class uses yoga to warm up the body and then focuses on strengthening the core, hips and thighs with Puerto Rico's best Stott Pilates trained instructor.
